Rental Period |
Our vacation rental period is Saturday to Saturday. No exceptions.
 |
Reservations |
Reservations and Deposits can be made by using our toll free number 1-866-753-9962.
Reservations will be confirmed by a 50% deposit within 14 days of reservations.
 |
Final Payment |
Final Payment is due 30 days prior to rental term.
 |
Cancellations Policy |
Cancellation Policy. The deposit, minus a 15% cancellation fee and $45 administrative
fee, will be refunded ONLY if we re-rent the property for the same week. The deposit will not be refunded.
Transfers to other properties are considered cancellations.

Inlet Property Kiosk |
Our kiosk is open on Saturdays during check-in and check hours (10:00 a.m . to 4:00 p.m.) and is located on the Rudee Marina premises. Travel south on Pacific Avenue, turn right on Winston-Salem,( just before the bridge) and turn left on Mediterranean Avenue. Look for the kiosk with the purple roof between Rockefeller’s and Rudee’s restaurants.

Check In |
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pick up keys to your property
at the Inlet Properties kiosk. No early check-ins. If you arrive early, you may not enter
property or park at property. If you will be arriving after the designated check-in
time, please make arrangements with Inlet Properties.

Check Out |
Check out is at 10:00 promptly and all keys must be returned by this time. Inlet Properties strictly adheres to these times as it allows our cleaning crews to prepare properties for in-coming guests. If you plan on leaving earlier than the designated check-out time, please return keys to the Inlet Properties kiosk during kiosk hours or leave in drop box, located just inside the door marked “Inlet Properties” near entrance to Rudee’s restaurant.

Security Deposits |
Security Deposits are part of the rental agreement and will be refunded by mail
within 45 days, less any charges for damage to property, furnishings, equipment,
special cleaning or other charges incurred by Inlet Properties along with a detailed
list of charges.

Maximum Occupants |
Exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental may result in
loss of remaining rent and security deposit.
 |
Smoking & Pets |
Most of our resort rentals are non smoking and do not allow pets.
 |
Phone Service |
Phone service is available in our most resort rental properties and are for local calls only.
 |
Special Request |
Please let us know if you have special needs/requests or if you require handicapped accessible, so that we may accommodate your request. |
