- process paperwork: lease signing, lease renewals, disbursement of funds, detail reports to homeowner
- conduct whole house and perimeter inspection annually; interim 6-month visual curbside inspection
- qualify potential tenants by providing background and credit checks
- perform walk-through inspection prior to lease signing
- reliable contractors who provide emergency repairs
- represent owner in any litigation involving breaks in lease or lease defaults
- handle and resolve tenant issues
Inlet Properties management fee is reasonable and commensurate with the area and services are not limited to those listed above.
